We have recently been presented with a new, unique opportunity this winter for volunteers to stay warm, toasty, and dry and still build homes for families.
We have a warehouse that is open for volunteers to help us frame a total of three homes for the Hunter Family, Majack Family, and Chan Family. You can read a little about all of our families on our Our Families page.
This opportunity means in addition to being more comfortable, you'll have your hands in multiple projects and even in bad weather there will be great progress on the homes for three families. The space can even accommodate group reservations of up to 10 people for a unique holiday team builder or fun way to hammer out any stress the season may bring.
Our warehouse is located behind the Foodbank on Washington Street downtown at 427 W. Washington St., Suite C, Dayton, OH 45402. Once the frames are prepared and the weather cooperates, we'll be working at each build site and thanks to the volunteers that build the frames ahead of time, the sites will quickly become homes for three families.
