We appreciate your help as we provide a hand up- not a hand out- for families in need. As our partner families earn their home through educational classes and "sweat equity" hours on their home and the homes of others, they are deeply grateful to you, who give of your time and resources to Habitat to allow us to provide an affordable mortgage payment and the opportunity to live in a safe, energy-efficient home where they can grow together as a family.

In order to provide an affordable, no-interest mortgage payment for our families who earn only 30-50% of the Area Median Income, it takes more than $1.5 million a year to pay for the materials and contracted services to fulfill our housing schedule and pay our small staff who support these families and our thousands of volunteers.
